WMS view service of Census sections
WMS service for visualization of the geographical base that describes the subdivision of the municipalities of Catalonia into districts and census sections. The service allows the visualization of the data set of Census sections v1.0 of several years produced by the Cartographic and Geological Institute of Catalonia (ICGC) and the Institute of Statistics of Catalonia (Idescat).

- The service referred to in this metadata allows to view data corresponding to the entire territory of Catalonia. Its horizontal extension is described in this metadata in geographical coordinates with the minimum and maximum longitude and latitude of the minimum rectangle containing the cartography scope. It is, therefore, an approximate geographical area.

- Evaluation method description
- The compliance of the metadata is evaluated using the "INSPIRE Validador" Web tool, "Conformance Class 4" test. The metadata is considered correct when the only errors reported are related with the main language of the metadata file. These errors are due to the fact that Catalan is not included in the list of official languages of the European Union.
