The incompatible area (23% of the territory) includes national parks, natural areas of national interest, integral natural reserves, natural parks, PEIN areas with an area less than 1,000 ha, special protection areas for birds and vital areas (1 km radius) of raptors listed as endangered and listed in Annex 1 of the Birds Directive. For endangered birds such as the bearded vulture, the radius is 5 km. The other two areas correspond to the area of implementation subject to the Environmental Impact Statement (16.6%) and the compatible area prior environmental authorization (60.4%).
